Located on the southwest coast of Turkey, lies the city of Dalaman. For many travelers, Dalaman simply serves as a point of transfer. Its airport is quite small in comparison with other airports. However, from the Dalaman airport it is easy to access other nearby towns such as Marmaris and Fethiye.
Because Dalaman is situated along the beautiful Mediterranean Coast, it is home to many posh seaside resorts. Many travelers from around the world come to enjoy the breathtaking views of the coast, the sunshine and to simply to unwind and relax. Here are few resorts in the Dalaman area that worth staying at while vacationing.
The Hilton Dalaman Resort and Spa
Only ten minutes away from the Dalaman International Airport is the gorgeous Hilton Dalaman Resort and Spa. Guests are treated to views of the local mountain side and well as the Mediterranean seaside. This Hilton resort has an array of rooms from standard guest rooms to suites. Guests will also enjoy a variety of amenities such as: eight restaurants, ten pools (including three indoor pools), and a spa. For those like to be active while on vacation, guests of the hotel can enjoy golf, tennis, and water sports. Since the Hilton is situated in the area of Turkey where the Aegean Sea meets the Mediterranean, there is number of things to see while in the area. Yucelen Hotel Gokova

The Dalyan Resort is located in Dalyan, Turkey, in which the area here is quite popular for their beaches and stunning coasts. Hotel Aqua situated in Icmeler, not far from Dalaman, entices their visitors with the stunning scenery and gorgeous beaches. Icmeler is considered to be one of the more modern and city-like areas in Turkey. Guests can also take a relaxing beach walk from the town of Icmeler to Marmaris, which takes about an hour and a half.
